Jeremy Durham grew up in Adamsville, Tennessee — a one red light town in West Tennessee. The son of two small business owners, Jeremy quickly learned the importance of hard work and innovation in our economy.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2006 and University of Memphis Law School in 2008, Jeremy began his own solo law practice in Franklin. In early 2010, he merged with local attorney Travis Hawkins and became a partner in Hawkins, Durham & Associates in Franklin where he represents clients in a variety of areas with small business law making up a majority of his practice.
Jeremy also maintains a key role in his family’s healthcare company which serves the Middle and West Tennessee areas.
In 2009, Jeremy was unanimously elected chairman of the Tennessee Young Republicans. After being elected, Jeremy founded the Tennessee Young Republicans PAC – a political action committee that raised nearly $25,000 for Republican candidates across Tennessee. The TYRF has also added seven new chapters during Durham’s tenure.
Jeremy currently resides in Franklin with his wife, Jessica, an optometric physician.
